The artist behind these beautiful creations is thanks to the experienced hands of Chef Jane Mun. Chef Jane graduated from the French Culinary Institute where she got her degree in pastry art and has since became an elite chef who has worked in multiple Michelin Star level locations including the legendary Le Cirque in NYC as well as Nobu Downtown where she became the executive pastry chef. She also had background at Eleven Madison Park an extremely famous 3 Michelin Star restaurant where the bar is raised from perfection to obsession.
Now Chef Jane opens the doors into her new venture at Ciel Dessert where she runs as the owner and executive chef at this mini stronghold. If you are anywhere near the Bergen County, NJ area I urge you to try out one their many desserts, you will not be disappointed!
